Fixed price
This form of contract the total price and timeline
is established based on a detailed review of construction
drawings and a very precise specifications list.
It is very important that the client understands
they are very much reliant on the supervision
and input of their architect and engineer to avoid
discrepancies between the architectural plans,
specifications and letter of solicitations.
Design and Construction
For this type of contract PCC works with a group
of associate companies in the field of Architecture
and Engineering that we have successfully worked
together on a number of projects to produce a
final product in accordance with the specific
preferences of the client. PCC will take the project
from the preliminary phase (design concept) through
construction plans, construction permits and finally
the construction of the project. This type of
contract is the same as an administration contract
with the addition of complete architectural and
engineering services.
Construction Administration
PCC is in charge of managing the project budget,
providing detailed expense reports in order to
maintain strict control; additionally a detailed
tracking of suppliers and subcontractors is provided
on a regular basis. As PCC charges a fixed monthly
fee which is negotiated based on the scope of
the project; all of the savings and discounts
obtained are a direct benefit to the client.
