Human resources
We have ample experienced personnel in the construction
field, many with more than ten (10) years experience.
PCC has a long list of subcontractors that have
worked side by side with PCC in the last years
with great results. With regards to technical
supervision, a good number of our team are professionals
and active members of the Federate College of
Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica.
Technological Resources
We make extensive use of the latest technologies;
from computers and industry specific software
to advanced and innovative building systems. PCC
is always striving to be better, faster and less
costly while never compromising on control and
quality.
Equipment and Machinery Resources
PCC’s business plan sees the reinvestment
of profits into the acquisition of newer and better
equipment. We strive to maintain adequate stock
and supply of specialty tools including: a small
load truck, mobile office with A/C, cement mixers,
concrete vibrators, generators, water pumps, welding
machines, jack hammers, and illumination to name
a few. Our office is centrally located in the
heart of Papagayo region offering easy access
to the largest construction suppliers in the region.
The acquisition of these resources and our continued
effort of achieving excellence are done for the
sole purpose of providing our clients with exceptional
service and quality in the most cost effective
manner possible.
