Eng. Rodolfo Solórzano Vargas (Costa
Rican Citizen)
Mr. Solórzano has a degree in Civil
Engineering from the Latin University of Costa
Rica. He is an active member of the Federate College
of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica and
has worked for such companies as: DESARROLLOS
TECHNICOS, S.A. (in charge of construction permit
acquisitions and architectural drawings), CONSTRIAL
(as the resident engineer and project budgeter),
DECISA (employed as a resident engineer). Founder,
Associate and Technical Director of PCC.
Mr. Scott MacDougall (American – Costa
Rican Perminant Resident)
With more than 16 years experience in the real
estate and development industries here in Costa
Rica, including 5 years as a member of the executive
management team for the master developer for Los
Suenos Resort & Marina, Mr. MacDougall has
vast experience in land planning, master plan
development, floor plan development, construction
and customer relations. In addition to direct
real estate and development experience, Quality
Assurance has been a major part of Mr. MacDougall’s
career.
Mr. Jeremy Needs (Canadian – Costa Rican
Perminant Resident)
Mr. Needs has lived in Guanacaste for more than
17 years and was an integral participant in the
initial developments of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste.
He has worked in the real estate and construction
industries for more than 17 years and specifically
in the development and construction business for
the last 8 years. With a background in computer
science Mr. Needs manages our technical systems
and has an acute eye for detail and quality control.
