PCC is a relatively new corporation.
Founded in 2004, Pacific Coast Construction,
S.A., was born from the union of various successful
corporations owned and operated by one Costa Rican
and two North Americans. The founders of PCC saw
the great potential of combining their tremendous
experience In Costa Rica and knowledge to form
a company that is dedicated to offering unwavering
customer satisfaction and to assist our clients
to realize their goals of successful project completion
in a controlled and informed manner.
PCC counts on the experience of its founders,
Rodolfo Solórzano who was a senior engineer
for one of the largest construction companies
in Costa Rica, Jeremy Needs a veteran in the construction
and development industries with over 18 years
hands on experience in Costa Rica, and Scott MacDougall
with 16 years hands on experience, who helped
pioneer the first coastal community built on the
Pacific coast, as well as the first mega destination
resort community built in Costa Rica.
PCC is an active member of the Costa Rican Chamber
of Constructors (CCC) and all its engineers are
members of the Federate College of Engineers and
Architects (CFIA). The offices are located in
Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste.
The company has vast experience in high quality
residential condominium projects such as the Four
Seasons Residence Club, industrial projects such
as the addition to the Airport in Liberia, Urbanizations
(Horizontal Condominiums), Restaurants, Banks,
Offices, Medical Clinics (Unibe) and luxury homes.
The more than 18.000m2 of residential and commercial
construction plus 160.000m2 of urbanization infrastructure
